As a Hotel Management student, my name is Jayeta
Many people's lives have been unbalanced since this pandemic occurred, therefore I'm discussing my ideas here because doing so lowers the likelihood of mental illness.
My posts will cover a variety of current issues in addition to mental health, emotions, and thoughts. I am therefore here to amuse you by sharing stories from my everyday life.

Watched some benefits of meditation, online. Want to implement in day to day life but failed to be focused.
ReplyDeleteGlad that you discussed your problem with me, so here it goes, learning a new skill like meditation is a little bit challenging but, if you practice a new skill for at least 21 days, it will automatically become your habit. Hope it answers your question.
