Youth Limbo





 Think about what it means to be a youth? 
Your parents pressure you to succeed, Your friends pressure you to do shit things that you don't want to do, social media pressure you to hate your body.
Who says being youth is fun, you never know what's going inside their head. Chemicals in your brain drive you to make decisions that rip you away from the safety of your childhood & drag you into the wilderness of adulthood. It's hard even if you're a well-adjusted kid from a good family and still, you can't be with the person that you love. 




You cant avoid the truth that being young is so painful. Lack of stable financial situation or absent parental figures can also create instability & cause development issues for youth.
 These issues can create a feeling of isolation and estrangement from peers.
It's almost, like too much to feel because hiding that shit and not saying it makes it worse. All of our shit should be talked about. Youth is limbo. The longer, youth goes without receiving help, the more prone they are to a life full of other issues such as :
Addiction
Violence
Self-harm
Substance abuse




 Being a youth, I can tell how it feels when you get compared or someone laughs at your maturity. Some days it's great and yet somewhat dissatisfying. The best way to go through this is to let your heart, thoughts, and your voice speak, what you want to, share your feelings with whomever you like, express your thoughts the way you want to live & Learn to relax. 
Get plenty of sleep. Getting enough good quality sleep is important for mental health. Try to build healthy relationships. Talk about your feelings, it can help you to stay in good mental health and deal with times when you feel troubled, be active, eat well and drink sensibly.
Ask help if, you need it.


Ever thought that why India isn't upgrading yet or Why do every Indian youth want to go out to another land to live surplus. It's because the large numbers of educated but unemployed youth get sucked into it.
 India tops the list with  356 million young people as the world's largest youth population but according to WHO India ranks 6th highest in the world for women suicidal and 22nd for men.
The onslaught of peer pressure and the fear of doing something that they know is wrong can cause anxiety. Another cause of anxiety comes from changes in hormones. Youth anxiety can be managed, if you become a relaxation expert, get nourishment, and exercise. Know how your mind and body feel peaceful and strong enough to handle life's ups and downs and pay attention to good things.
The importance of good mental health among youth allows them to develop the resilience to cope with whatever life throws at them and grow into well-rounded, healthy adults.
